WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PRICE ?
The rate includes the room access, space or service mentioned in the Microstay or Macrostay Reservation details as well as all the amenities and/or options offered on the Description page. Please note the Hotel may charge an extra charge if our guest adds other services that are not mentioned in the One Day in Mexico Offer.
HOW DO I PAY ?
One Day In Mexico offers differents payments options via Credit Cards, Paypal and is also attentive to Flexibility and simplicity with a Pay later option. The full payment or balance will be paid directly at Check-in depending on the accepting payment methods on site.
HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT MY RESERVATION IS CONFIRMED ?
Once you’ve filled out the reservation form and confirmed your Microstay with a Pay Now or Pay Later option, your reservation is confirmed. You will instantly receive an e-mail with all the reservation details as well as your booking numbe reference.
CAN I CANCEL OR MODIFY MY RESERVATION ONCE CONFIRMED ?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation depending by contacting us directly by mail hello@onedayinmexico.com
HOW DO THE TIME SLOTS WORK FOR MICROSTAYS ?
The check-in and check-out hours vary depending on the Partner’s organisation; they are indicated on the Microstay details page and are not amendable. Your room/space will not be available before the check-in time and you must free the room before the check-out time. If the time-slot isn’t convenient for you, please select another Microstay option that suits you better. The arrival time you’ve indicated during the reservation is merely suggestive and you may arrive earlier/later if you wish, all the while taking the time slot into consideration.
CAN I BOOK A MICROSTAY IF I AM UNDER AGED ?
No, you must be over 18 to book any Microstay with One Day In Mexico through our website. Our Partners may ask for an ID in case they have a doubt concerning the age of the guest.
WHAT ABOUT THE KIDS ?
One Day In Mexico Microstays are designed starting from single occupancy up to 4 guests by Microstay. The Partner will not accept the reservation if more guests show up for one Booking. Kids under 12 years are welcome with no extra cost depending on the Microstay policies.
CAN I SUBMIT A COMPLAINT ?
We work hard with our partners to make your escape unforgettable. Nevertheless issues may occur. In this case please report this by filling out our form through the contact section. You must indicate your reservation number in your message.
