Upon entering, a lush, shaded garden envelops you in vibrant tropical foliage. The path leading to the colossal mahogany front door winds past a petite rock pool embraced by potted plants and swaying palms. Here, the gentle trickle of two fountains creates a soothing ambiance, inviting you to leave the world behind.

Crossing the threshold unveils a grand living space, adorned with understated yet unquestionable elegance. To the right, the fully equipped kitchen beckons with its walk-in pantry. Black granite countertops, a standalone refrigerator/freezer unit, and a deluxe double oven grace this space. A bespoke refrigerated wine chiller is nestled within the central kitchen bar, inviting you to store bottles for special occasions in the brick-walled wine cellar. Gather around an exquisite 8-person dining table crafted from Chechen wood, native to the Yucatan Peninsula, to relish delectable meals.

To the left of the entrance lies the living area, adorned with luxuriously comfortable furnishings, a color satellite TV, VCR, DVD player, and a five-disc CD changer. Seamlessly merging with the kitchen and dining space, this expansive room boasts two floor-to-ceiling glass walls that frame the view of the spacious pool, including a lap swimming section, and the inviting aquamarine embrace of the Caribbean waters. Stepping into the backyard unfolds another extraordinary experience. Ample chaise lounge chairs encircle the pool, accompanied by generous umbrellas ensuring everyone enjoys the sun-soaked moments. The Master Suite, adorned with a king-sized bed, boasts a splendid balcony offering an awe-inspiring ocean panorama. For avid stargazers, a high-powered telescope awaits. The property's artwork is truly captivating—like the lifelike zebra print in the Master Suite, a mere preview of the stunning pieces that await. The master bath features an enchanting sunken spa tub overlooking the turquoise expanse of the ocean. The first guest suite, also bedecked with a king-sized bed, shares the same balcony and ocean view. The second guest suite features twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed, along with its own satellite TV. This suite boasts a separate balcony with a captivating ocean panorama.
