The property boasts an impressive 3,500 sq ft of opulent living space, catering to up to 10 guests. With the convenience of full maid service, a dedicated groundskeeper, and Continental breakfast provided from Monday to Saturday, your every need is effortlessly attended to.

Four air-conditioned bedrooms grace the villa – three situated on the upper level, and one on the main floor. Each bedroom is a masterpiece in itself, adorned with uniquely decorated en-suite bathrooms, private patios, and breathtaking ocean views. The expansive decks seamlessly open up to vistas of the Caribbean waters and the gentle embrace of luxurious sea breezes. The upper floor features three Suites with king-size beds, while an additional bedroom offers a flexible option of a king bed that can be separated into two twins. On the second floor, an air-conditioned and fully equipped satellite TV room awaits, complete with a VCR and DVD player. Two futon sofa beds offer comfortable reprieve for children, complemented by a shared bathroom and a private patio that overlooks the enchanting jungle and the village of Akumal.

Gazing upward through the iron railing encircling the opening in the ceiling, you'll be captivated by the high, brick-domed cupola that diffuses natural light throughout. Ceiling fans provide an added touch of comfort.

Upon entering the front door and veering left from the foyer, you'll find the expansive and fully equipped kitchen, offering panoramic views over the bar, dining room, and the tranquil pool and ocean beyond. This space serves as the perfect venue to prepare meals or craft those delightful happy hour Margaritas by the pool. For outdoor cooking, the propane-fired barbecue and the outdoor kitchen/wet bar adjacent to the front entrance will be your go-to. Off the foyer, adjacent to the spiraling staircase, you'll discover a half bath/powder room, as well as the entrance to the main floor bedroom. The furnishings, adorned with vibrant Caribbean-style fabrics, exude Mexican charm. Exiting from the living and dining rooms, you'll be welcomed onto a covered patio bordering the refreshing pool, which boasts safe depths for both kids and adults.
